Eric Haider: President/Founder Person Centered Care. A pioneer in culture change has recieved national attention for his innovative ideas of changing culture and traditions in Long Term Care. In 1990 Eric recognized the desperate need for change in Long Term Care and started his mission to revitalize the way we care for our elderly. Eric's model breaks through old traditions of institutionalized, regimented schedules and practices of the nursing homes to choices, freedoms, and independence for the residents. Since 1990 Eric has been featured in several newspapers, trade publications, and on TV news programs. His innovative ideas have been presented to CMS, legislatures, surveyors, long-term care providers, and a variety of state, national, and international conferences. He has shared his ideas with thousands of people, taught them, motivated them, and inspired them to change the perception of Long Term Care, improve the quality of life and the quality of care for people in Long Term Care and provide a pleasant working place for staff.
Eric has worked over 20 years in long-term care as an administrator, CEO, and culture change consultant. He has received several awards and was selected as “one of the top 20 people whose efforts made a difference and positive impact on our lives”.
Eric is committed to helping others and determined to improve the perceptions of long-term care. To implement Person Centered Care in your community, see training outlines under tab Serivce . For more information call Eric Haider at 321-446-7985 or email him at erichaider@bellsouth.net
